Cheer your skin and hair up with some of my favourite beauty products that I like to use during the winter time. Winter has us feeling dry all over and to help you, I have some awesome product recommendations to share!
Eucerin Dry Skin Intensive Hand Cream – I’ve been using this product for years now and I love it since it keeps my hands feeling moisturized throughout the day. I don’t have to re-apply this cream after washing my hands which is a plus. This is a cream for severely dry hands! I pull this baby out when I am ditching the car and going for a walk, it helps to protect my hands.
First Aid Ultra Repair Instant Oatmeal Mask – This is one of my go to masks during the winter time. It helps get rid of any scaly dry patches on my face, and it smells like oatmeal.
Fresh Sugar Rose Lip Balm – This is an ultra moisturizing lip balm that can be used anytime of the year. It has SPF 15 in it so it also protects your lips from sun damage. It smells amazing and it acts as a nourishing lip treatment for people with very dry lips.
Fresh Sugar Lip Polish – Have you ever tried a lip exfoliant? If not, you need to try this one! I got a sample of this from Sephora and I fell in love with this product. It preps your lips for any lip look. I usually use this product before applying any matte lipstick since it removes any dead skin.
Lush Ocean Salt Face Scrub – This is one of my favourite face and body scrubs from Lush. Seaweed is the main ingredient in this scrub. I love this scrub because of its hydrating qualities for thirsty skin during the winter. If you want to try it, go to Lush and ask for a sample!
It’s a 10 Miracle Leave-In Hair Treatment – One of my favourite leave in hair treatments for any time of the year but it’s perfect for the winter! I hate when my hair is staticky so I apply this product to my damp hair to avoid this. Not only does it eliminate static, this product also repairs damaged hair, adds shine, helps tame frizz, seals and protects hair colour.
St. Ives Fresh Skin Apricot Body Scrub – Picked this product up at the drugstore for less than $10 and it works like a charm. I use it when my body needs that extra exfoliation. My skin smells and feels super soft after each use. I use this in the shower as a body scrub after my skin has been exposed to warm water for more than 5 minutes.
boscia Tsubaki Deep Hydration Sleeping Mask – If you get frustrated with dry skin patches on your face then this is the mask for you. It is ideal for all skin types but especially for dry skin. It is a deep hydrating overnight sleeping mask that restores skin’s smoothness and helps with anti-aging.
Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Face Cream – A lightweight gel-cream infused with soothing rosewater and nourishing rose flower oil that delivers intense 24-hour moisture to your skin. Ideal for people who have dryness and uneven skin tones.
First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream – This is a thicker cream that I tend to use during the coldest days. I use this cream if I want immediate recovery for dry skin anywhere on my body or face. It also calms the skin if you are experiencing itchiness or redness. Love this product! Ideal for people who have itchy, stressed and extremely dry skin.
